DF Shows, which runs Scotland's greatest music celebration, declared the move to Strathallan the previous summer as security concerns developed over the vicinity of the Balado site to a huge oil pipeline.

It was at first felt that the occasion could work in the grounds of the 19th-century castle with an allowed improvement and a public entertainment licence, however the disclosure of osprey at Strathallan implied a formal arranging application and a natural explanation was needed with Perth and Kinross Council.

A 28-day interview period shut a month ago yet a second is to be held with a choice expected in April.

The RSPB said it is worried that work has not been finished to move an osprey settle before the flying creatures come back to the site in the following couple of weeks.

Celebration coordinators said it has been in contact with the philanthropy all through the planning process and that its environmental statement can answer many of the questions arisen.

A person for RSPB said "In our reaction to the planning application we made it clear that various number of extra measures were required to diminish the effect of this significant occasion on wildlife, especially resident breeding ospreys."

The Forest Trust said its reaction to the planning application for the celebration has been rejected by Perth & Kinross Council because of a "deceptive shutting date for responses".

Charles Dundas, from the conservation group, said: "t in the park 2015 music festival will be the amazing for us, it is famous around the world, and we want to this festival for celebration not against it taking place.

"On the other hand, its essential to consider the risk posed to environment by moving it as proposed.

"Old forest is crucial territory which should be esteemed and secured.

"Holding T in the Park center at Strathallan Castle will have an enormous yearly impact on the wildlife  that the forest surrounding the site supports.
